Once we receive payment for your logo, we will begin the logo creation immediately, based on your order form details. If we have any questions, we will email you and await your response.
We will make every effort to ensure logo samples are sent within 5 business days. We will email your completed logo files to the email address you provided on the order form.
Electronic files can be in a variety of formats depending on your needs. By default, We will provide you with .eps, .gif and .jpg files of your logo. You may request additional file formats at the time of order.
Custom Business Logos.com reserves the right to refuse any logo project. In this case, a complete refund will be provided.
All rights to the logos and artwork created by Custom Business Logos.com, designed for the client(s), belong to the client it was designed for.
Custom Business Logos.com does not hold any rights to the logo designed and created for clients.
The client may register his/her logo created by Custom Business Logos.com, under his/her name or trademark.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to research their company name, and to ensure the name is not already in use. Custom Business Logos.com is not, and will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
No additional charges will be incurred without customer approval.
By purchasing the services of Custom Business Logos as a Client, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including those terms and conditions incorporated by reference. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions stated here without modification, you may not use the services provided by Custom Business Logos. Custom Business Logos may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
With respect to the package selected, Clients are allowed to choose only one logo design. All designs, concepts, slogans or other materials displayed to the Client which are not selected by the Client remain the full property of Custom Business Logos. Clients can purchase additional logo designs provided within the samples created to fulfill the Client's order for $45.00.
Custom Business Logos.com is committed to protecting your privacy. In order to provide a quick and accurate response to your order, We only ask for the minimum information necessary to complete your order. Providing extra design information will help us to develop your project and to meet your needs with more precision.
Your email address, and any information you provide, will never be shared with any other other company, at any cost. Custom Business Logos.com uses the most secure encryption; Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to protect your privacy when you place an online credit card order.
Custom Business Logos.com uses Clickbank (secure internet payment processor). They are one of the most trusted names in online credit card processing. For your safety and privacy, all credit card information is sent directly to the banking network at the moment of sale, and never stored on ClickBank's servers. Your information will never fall upon unwanted eyes.
Custom Business Logos.com does not send unsolicited emails or spam of any kind.
All final artwork becomes the property of the Client, having unlimited and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. Custom Business Logos retains the right to display the artwork in their portfolio and advertising materials.
Client agrees to provide timely responses to Custom Business Logos after notification of sample completion. Client shall have 30 days to respond to each set of logo design samples submitted to the Client for review. If after 30 days the Client has failed to respond, Custom Business Logos will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be deemed to be complete. Custom Business Logos will have no further obligation to Client, and Client shall pay Custom Business Logos all fees and expenses associated with work performed by Custom Business Logos.
If after your included revisions are used up (depending on package ordered), logo revisions may be purchased for $45.00 per revision.
This also applies for logos that have been finalized and sent. The $45.00 includes your logo revised to your specs and sent in multiple files by way of email.
A full refund less an administration charge will be made if the Client does not wish to proceed with the logo design after seeing the initial designs.
The refund policy will not take into affect if:
1 ) You have provided feedback regarding your initial samples.
2 ) Your company is no longer in business.
3 ) The reason does not relate to our design.
4 ) You do not provide any feedback within 1 month.
5 ) You have obtained logo design from a 3rd party.
