How do I receive my logo?
You will receive your logo files in via email, to the email address you specified on the order form.
Is My Transaction Secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through an encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) - secure server, with the best encryption available. We use Clickbank (secure internet payment processor). They are one of the most trusted names in online credit card processing. For your safety and privacy, all credit card information is sent directly to the banking network at the moment of sale, and never stored on ClickBank's servers. Your information will never fall upon unwanted eyes.
Will my logo be available in different formats?
Yes. Your logo can be saved in variety of formats. The default file formats that we send to you include jpeg, gif and tif. You may specify other file format needs on the order form, or you can request another file format later.
What is jpeg and gif formats?
GIF and JPEG are ideally suited for the internet and "do it yourself printing".
What Colors Should I Choose?
There are millions of different colors. Please list your color choices by number or name on the order form. *It is recommended that clients limit the number of color choices to 3 or less, since printing costs rise with the amount of colors in a logo design.
Who owns the rights to my logo design? (Can I copyright my logo?)
All rights to the logos and artwork created by CustomBusinessLogos.com, designed for the client(s), belong to the client it was designed for.
CustomBusinessLogos.com does not hold any rights to the logos designed and created for clients.
The client may register his/her logo created by CustomBusinessLogos.com, under his/her name or trademark. A high resolution Image (300 dpi) is generally used for print (your Tif files are sent in high-res format.) A low resolution image (72dpi) is used on the web.
How long does the process take?
Once your payment and order is received, We will begin working on your logo immediately, and we will make every effort to have your logo samples completed and sent within the time stated in your specific order package.
